WF series cross chain conveyor
XF series of medium-sized conveyor, in addition to the general characteristics of lightweight hanging conveyor, it has the advantages of single-point lifting weight 50-150kg, stable operation, detachable chain, good rigidity of the track, etc. It is widely used in many industries. Chain is driven by the drive chain, in the track for continuous operation of the components, it plays a role in the conveyor suspension and transmission of work, the conveyor chain using two-way articulation, so it is in addition to the straight-line movement, but also with the curve shape of the track, in the completion of the horizontal and vertical surface of the space curve movement.
The figure below shows the conveyor chain of XF series conveyor. Each section (T) of the chain has 4 runners, 4 guides and 2 cross links. The travelling wheels and guide wheels are connected with double chain plates through cross joints and pins. The workpiece can be transported by hanging a detachable or fixed lifting plate in the middle of the pin. Its walking wheel and guide wheel are double rows of ball structure, the size of the conventional 38, 45 bearings for guiding, walking wheel composition, track width to make corresponding adjustments.
