In 2013, Qixuan designed a painting line for Jinan light trucks. The chain size is 6''Forged Rivetless Chain. The project has two floors. The first floor is the storage area. The painted front of the car waits for the next process here. The second floor is the conveying area, which conveys the front of the car to the assembly station. The lift is used to lift the front of the car between floors. Some time ago, we maintained this Power and Free Conveyors for our customers and replaced part of the chain. This system has been running for 12 years. Everything is normal.
